How we started
Any business venture starts from a need, and our story is no different.
10 years ago, we were looking for a water softener, and everywhere we went the first question we were asked was what our budget was, and they went from there. No one seemed to want to take the time to see what our needs actually were. We were consistently ‘sold to’ – offered expensive systems that didn’t provide a practical solution.
Long story short, we felt that we could bring a fresh approach to the industry, sharing our knowledge, and providing practical water solutions.

We try to help you how we would like to be helped. We don’t like pushy salespeople, and we believe each customer has their own unique set of needs. Our approach is not based on your budget, it’s based on what would be right for you and your family. We like to educate our customers on their options, so they can feel good about their purchases later.
